Digital Talent Scholarship - A Program to Develop Digital Competence in Indonesia
Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) is a free Android application developed by Digitalent Kominfo. The app provides training and development programs for Indonesian digital talents sinceThe program aims to increase skills, competitiveness, productivity, and professionalism of young Indonesian IT and communication workers, the general public, and civil servants in the field of Communication and Information Technology. The program is designed to enhance the productivity and competitiveness of the nation in the era of Industry 4.0 and meet the demand for skilled workers in the technology field.
DTS offers eight Academies to choose from, including Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA), Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA), Thematic Academy (TA), Professional Academy (ProA), Government Transformation Academy (GTA), Digital Entrepreneurship Academy (DEA), Digital Leadership Academy (DLA), and Talent Scouting Academy (TSA). The app is a part of the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's efforts to create a balanced ecosystem to maximize the role of the pentahelix (government, community/society, higher education institutions, business world, and media) to become facilitators and accelerators in supporting the digital economy.
